Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you. We will not double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time. Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients.

That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 8 hours in advance, you could be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Cancellations

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone or text message at least 8 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voice-mail system.

If we do not hear from you, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

No Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Arriving Late

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
